Fitness has always been part of my life. Growing up in Australia, I played Australian Football and cricket at a regional level, developing a love for movement and competition early on. But despite being active, I struggled with being naturally lean and unsure where to start with real change.
That challenge became my motivation. Over time, I transformed both my body and mindset — and that journey inspired me to help others do the same.
